2,Can they stick to kraft paper?
Yes, they can. The kraft paper,Plastic, Glass, Ceramic, Metal products are acceptable.
3. Can you make special shapes?
Yes,we can do any shape you like,personized labels are welcome.
4. Can you make More Stronger Glue/Adhesive?
Yes,We have 3 type of Glue choice, standard / more stronger / the stronger glue.
5. How can I get a quotation?
If you can advise your inquiry details about your order is highly appreciated, such as: material, size, artwork file, quantity, application, etc. As soon as we receive your information, we'll quote you a reasonable price.
6, How many days is the production lead time?
Sample:3-7days,some washi tapes and gift boxes we have in stock.
Bulk Production:3-7 for labels.5-15days for packaging boxes be based on the order and the deposit be approved.
7, How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?
A8: Normally we do a sample for you to confirm everything before the bulk production, and batch goods will be same as the sample.
8. What’s the payment term?
Under USD1,000 per order:100% payment in advance;
Over USD1,000 per order: 30% deposit in advance, and the balance before the shipment.
T/T, Western Union and L/C at sight are acceptable.
For mini orders:Paypal,Wechat, Alipay are acceptable.
9. How do you ship my goods?
Mini orders: Priority by express via DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS.
Regualr orders: Air /Sea, Air door to door,Sea door to door.
10. How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?
Usually we do a sample for you to confirm every details before the bulk production, the sample is not a digital proofing, it is produced by printing equipment same as the bulk production.

Normally by express:5-7days
by air:7-10 days.
by sea10-25days.
